Novacadd Commercial Office Planners Pty Ltd was founded in February 1990 by Mr Vince Pagliaro, the current Managing Director, who now has extensive experience working in private Architectural firms and both Government and Semi-Government organisations.

Over the past 21 years, Novacadd has been involved in hundreds of Commercial and Office Design Projects for many and varied clients, covering numerous roles and responsibilities.

Our involvement and designated role for our clients in the Commercial field has varied from providing only a specific nominated Service, to providing the complete end to end from our listed Schedule of Services.

Our business aims to embrace each project with enthusiasm, to do the best job possible the first time, and to be responsive to all of our clients’ individual needs. We also believe we add value to our clients’ project by offering expertise throughout our professional association. We have strong ethical principles and have enjoyed continuing lasting relationships with our clients.

Novacadd proudly offers a balanced portfolio of skills and specialist experience in all facets of Commercial Architecture, Interior Design and Space Rationalisation. We have maintained a high level of training and technology throughout our history ensuring an intimate knowledge of the latest technology and the ability to provide for the requirements and needs of our clients.

Novacadd has carried out a multitude of projects across an extensive number of Buildings in Melbourne’s CBD and its suburbs. We have also recently successfully carried out works in Sydney, and hope to extend into all other major cities throughout Australia.
